Colorful rice salad


Ingredients list:

- 110 g of rice
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper

200 g broccoli
1 cucumber
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 c. balsamic vinegar
2 c. tablespoons oil

salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cook rice in a large volume of water.
 Rinse broccoli, divide 'em into small florets and cook in the steam for 10 minutes (or in boiling water), They Must REMAIN a bit crunchy.
Cut peppers and cucumber pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  Prepare the sauce by mixing in a bowl, balsamic vinegar, oil and garlic. Salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix vegetables, rice and salad dressing. Place in the fridge.
