Crumble tart with goat cheese

It all started with the idea of ​​cooking goat cheese and want to try new things in the kitchen. I imagined and filled tarts with fresh goat cheese, topped with a thin layer of jam and a delicious crumble. The result is elegant and delicious!

For four crumble tarts

ingredients:

- 1 pastry
- 300g fresh goat cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoon jam of your choice *
- 120g flour
- 60g butter
- 15 to 20g walnuts
- Salt

preparation:

- In a bowl, cut four rounds in the pastry, previously floured.
- Place the dough floured surface below the mold.
- Prick with a fork to prevent it from rising too much.
- Place in the bottom of the pie a round of parchment paper and cover with beans or rice.
- In an oven preheated to 180 ° C, four brown pasta oven 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven to remove the parchment paper and rice (or beans), and re-bake for 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the goat cheese: In a bowl, mix the cheese with the egg and whisk together.
- Separately, prepare the crumble: Mix fingertips flour, softened butter (not melted) and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the walnuts and mix to crumble.

Mounting tarts:

- Fill the tarts 4 of cheese mixture / egg.
- The cover of a good teaspoon each jam.

- As always preheated oven at 180 ° C, bake the tart for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

* I opted for the purple fig jam and pear jam special cheese, honey spices. The thin layer of jam gives a sweet / savory side to the recipe, and it's perfect so!
