Ingredients list:
1 cauliflower 1 kg
500 grams of potatoes
One quarter of the milk
2 c. tablespoons flour
1 c. tablespoons cream
30g butter
salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a pot put 3 liters of water, pour the potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into pieces.
Bring to a boil and add the cauliflower washed and cut into florets.
Bake for 30 minutes and add salt to convenience.
Go to the mill reserving some clumps of cauliflower for garnish.
In a saucepan, put the butter, mix the flour, add to dilute, milk and even dilute it with hot soup cauliflower.
Pour this mixture into the soup pot, stirring carefully to not make lumps. Bring to a boil.
Serve hot by adding 1 tsp. chopped fresh cream and a few bunches of cauliflower reserved for this purpose.
