- 90g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g melted butter and warmed
- 1/2 c. teaspoon salt
- 500 ml of milk

Preparation:
Prepare the crepes:
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add the flour and mix well to form a smooth paste.
Gradually add milk while continuing to whisk to avoid lumps and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Bake in a non-stick skillet.
Prepare the installation:
Stack the pancakes by spooning in As the topping of your choice.
When you get to the last crepe, sprinkle with icing sugar and put it in the fridge until tasting.
