- 500g flour
- 2cc salt
- Sugar 3CS
- 1 packet of instant yeast baking
- 100g butter
- 10 cl of warm milk
- 7.5 ounces of warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1 beaten egg to glaze
preparation:
- In a bowl, add the flour, salt and sugar.
- Make a well and pour the yeast, water and warm milk.
- Add the beaten eggs and butter cut into small pieces before.
- Knead for 7/8 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for 3 hours in a large bowl covered with a cloth.
- Divide dough into 10 balls.
- Flatten the palm of your hand, fold two opposite edges inwards, turn and shape a bun.
- Glaze with egg yolk.
- Oil the top of the buns.
- Let stand 45 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.
- Dorer again.
- Preheat oven to 190 ° C.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
