The quest for the perfect cookie is probably futile, so it is always nice to achieve a version that still meets our expectations of demanding gourmands ... I am part of a recipe found in the 2010 Best of Taste magazine, did not have a picture but I suspect that some potential ... Good guess!
ingredients:
-125g butter
- 220g brown sugar
- 300g flour
- 6 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 40g rolled oats
- 100g of chocolate
preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Grate the chocolate end.
- In a food processor, combine butter, sugar, egg, milk, flour and yeast.
- Once well mixed unit, add the oats and chocolate flakes, and mix without overworking the dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Have lots of dough, spacing them a few inches.
- Flatten slightly above the palm of the hand.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before taking off.
Notes:
- Perfect texture, I think it will be my new working basis for making cookies.
- Only drawback, it should be more chocolate, so why not add 50g of chocolate chips too?
