Maki tuna and grapefruit


Ingredients list:

1 can of tuna in brine
1 sheet of nori (in Japanese grocery stores)
1 grapefruit

1 lemon
Mayonnaise (1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp mustard, salt, pepper, peanut oil)
chives

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Prepare mayonnaise:
Whisk egg yolk in a bowl, then add a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour a tablespoon of mustard and mix well. Pour slowly to peanut oil while stirring vigorously.
Prepare the tuna
Put 6 tablespoons of good tuna on a plate. Season it with some chopped chives and Enhance with a few drops of lemon juice and a little zest. Mix and mash with a fork to loosen the particles of tuna. Add your mayonnaise and mix.
Prepare the grapefruit:
Remove the skin of the grapefruit and the supreme égrainez trying to break as little as possible.
Prepare maki:
