Ingredients list:
1 carrot
2 onions
70 g of fungi
6 c. miso soup (miso is a vegetarian condiment found in Asian grocery stores and organic supermarkets)
1 c. Coffee sunflower oil
2 cloves of garlic
10g ginger
1 liter of water
Preparation:
Peel carrots and cut into thin slices. Peel and slice the onions and chop the garlic. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Grate the ginger.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions and cook over low heat.
Add the ginger, carrots and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Dissolve miso in 100 ml of water, then add the broth légumes.5Laissez cook for 20 minutes, then serve hot.
